Short Stature with Normal Appearance	

	Physical examination may reveal an abnormal-looking child with either dysmorphic features of disproportionate short stature (short limbs or short back and limbs). 
The major causes of short stature in children with a normal appearance are illustrated in Fig. 14.10.
